How do I sign up as an escort?
Go to /register and select 'I am an escort'. Enter your email, choose a username and confirm your email. Your trial profile is activated immediately for 30 days.
How do I complete my profile?
From your dashboard, go to 'My Profile'. Fill in your details (age, height, nationality), add quality photos, an attractive description, your services and your rates. Don't forget to click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.
Why doesn't my profile appear in search results?
Your profile must be active (not paused) and your subscription must be valid (trial or paid). Also check that your email is verified. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
You automatically get 30 days of full access upon registration. At the end of the trial, your profile will be paused unless you subscribe to the monthly plan (CHF 49/month).
How do I add photos and videos to my profile?
From your dashboard, 'My Profile' section, scroll down to the media gallery. You can drag and drop your files or click to select them. Photos are automatically compressed.
How do I pause my profile?
In your profile, toggle the 'Active/Inactive' switch at the bottom of the page and save. Your profile will no longer appear in search results but will be kept.
How does the Visibility Boost work?
The Boost places your profile at the top of search results for 24 hours for CHF 25. Available from your dashboard, 'Boost my profile' section.
How do I receive payments via FindHer?
Through private messaging, you can send paid media (photos/videos). Payments are secured by Stripe Connect. FindHer takes a 20% commission.
I didn't receive the registration confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder. If the email isn't there, go to the login page and request a resend of the verification email from 'Resend confirmation email'.

How do I search for an escort?
From the /escorts page, use the filters on the left to refine by city, nationality, price, service type, etc. Click 'Apply filters' to see matching results.
Is browsing and viewing profiles free?
Yes, completely. You can browse the directory and view all profiles without creating an account. Member registration (free) adds favorites and notifications.
What is Premium Membership?
For CHF 9/month, become premium and access private chat, exclusive paid media, and direct messaging with escorts. No commitment, cancel anytime.
How do I contact an escort?
Contact details (phone, WhatsApp) are listed on the escort's public profile. For the built-in chat, a premium member subscription is required.
How do I manage my favorites?
Create a free account, then click the heart on any escort card to add them to your favorites. Find all your favorites in your member area.
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
From your dashboard, go to 'My Subscription' and click 'Cancel'. Your premium access remains active until the end of the already paid period.
Is my payment data secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, PCI DSS certified. FindHer.ch never stores your credit card information.
How do I report a suspicious profile?
On the profile page, click the 'Report' button or send an email to contact@findher.ch with the profile URL and a description of the issue.
