1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FindHer.ch platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these general terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

FindHer.ch operates a portal for advertisements and the distribution of adult digital content. The Platform provides two distinct services: making advertising space available to independent service providers, and access to adult digital content. In practice:

• The publication and hosting of advertisements from independent service providers
• Search and filtering tools for published listings
• Secure messaging between members and advertisers
• Paid advertising visibility options (featured placement, listing boost)
• Access to adult digital content: media, stories and live video

Role and limits of the Platform. FindHer.ch rents out advertising space and provides access to digital content; it does not carry out any intermediation activity. The Platform does not organise, negotiate, schedule or invoice any service between an advertiser and a member. Advertisers act on a strictly independent basis: they are bound to FindHer.ch by no employment contract, mandate or agency relationship, and determine their services and terms entirely on their own. No payment relating to a service agreed between users passes through the Platform, and FindHer.ch receives no commission on any such services. The only amounts charged by FindHer.ch are those listed in Article 7.

3. Access Requirements

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

4. User Obligations

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Not use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not publish offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Respect the privacy and rights of others
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts
• Not disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Platform
• Not use bots, scripts, or other automated means

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you publish on the Platform. However, by publishing content, you grant FindHer.ch a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the provision of our services.

6. Profile Verification

We endeavour to verify the authenticity of escort profiles; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all information provided. Users are responsible for exercising their own due diligence when using our services.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

The amounts charged by FindHer.ch remunerate exclusively the advertising space and access to digital content. They are limited to the following items:

• Advertiser subscription: provision of advertising space on the portal
• Visibility options: temporary boost or featured placement of a listing
• Member Premium subscription: access to messaging and restricted content
• Purchase of digital content: unlocking of media, live video billed per minute, prepaid credits
• Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), incl. VAT
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Payments are non-refundable except as otherwise required by law
• We reserve the right to amend our pricing on 30 days' notice

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform in the event of a breach of these terms, without prior notice or refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

FindHer.ch shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform. We are not responsible for interactions between users outside of the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Platform (logo, design, code, content) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments shall take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of our services following such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
